The information which you have updated in the resume should be clear and you should never go out of boundary. Why? because if you mention the unwanted things which you do not know, it will bounce back to you.
So you should prepare resume which you know correctly and you can answer easily when interviewer ask you. More over you will get confidence also when you have prepared, you will be so confident that you can answer everything.
Last but not least you should apply to right job which suits you. Just for the sake of money if you join, you wont be able to stay there more than 4 to 6 months.
