There are lots of motivation video's available in internet. Only thing is we require good one to get motivated. First this is we have to search for the good videos. How to get motivated? you need to search this keyword and start over. 

Motivation's are two types one is external and internal. What is this external and internal? Yes to get motivated there are two types of influences will happen. One is external means most of the people get motivated by watching movies, famous people biography,videos, advertising videos many other things. Then what is internal? Internal is that we get motivated internally within our-self without anybodies intervene.

Internal motivation come from within ourself. It don't require any external influences. But at end result we have to get the motivated and changes should happen. When good things happen from this, that's result and we feel like we have passed out with high ranking.
