Every bank is reducing Home loan interest rate. SCB means standard chartered bank is also reduced home loan interest rate to 10.15% as per the details received. Home Loan has got good response from the customers and due to competition in the market they started reducing the rate of interest and also with rbi guidelines. As per the information received, Banks interest rate depends upon RBI base rate. No bank should reduce RI without RBI Rules.
Home loans has become easy to the customer and customer should have good credit history and also with good bank transactions. Customer should not do any mistakes when there is sanction from home loan.
